Why does the Mastodon need a Bluetooth connection?

The Mastodon needs to know the hydraulic flow of the skid it is connected to.The connection allows the operator with a smartphone app to set the correct GPM during set-up.

If I lose Bluetooth connection will the Mastodon still operate?

Yes, the connection in only for the initial set-up.The Mastodon does NOT need a Bluetooth connection to operate.

How often do I have to tune the mulcher?

Only once. The operator simply sets the skid loader's GPM in the app on initial set up and after that the SmartDrive will never have to be re-tuned.

Can I be sure the software on the SmartDrive will still operate in the future?
